I went in at 10.20am earlier. Had to wait for like 2hrs+ after they inserted the cervagem before the op was carried out at 1.50pm.

The minute i got up, pain jolted up and down my abdomen and back. I was like OMFG didnt they give me painkillers or smthn??? I guess they weren't sure what to give me coz i'm allergic to panadol and diclofenac(sp?)... I was already in the recovery room with other patients. For some strange reason, most of them looked pretty calm and unhurt. And there I was in bed squirming and grabbing the metal railing and trying to bear with the pain in silence. I swear if i was strong enuf to break the railing, I SO WOULD! The nurse kept saying that it's normal and to try bear with it. But i dont think she realized how much pain i was in till i started crying silent rivers and wouldnt let go of the railing lol! It was about 4+pm and it wasnt till an hr later before a doc came down and gave me a shot. Then it was all goooood lol I pretty much slipped in n out of consciousness after that.

I got 7 days MC and follow up in 2 weeks. Tummy still hurts now and i'm still all wobbly n nauseous n stuff but otherwise i'm glad its all done.
